How does shipping & delivery work?
As we're expecting a lot of volume, you'll receive a shipping confirmation within 4-5 working days.

We send via signature required post to ensure safe delivery - if you opt for ‘Authority To Leave’ yourself, we are not responsible for the package in the rare case it is missing or stolen.

Any orders returned to us due to incorrect delivery address or unclaimed through the post office will be refunded for the product component only. You need to contact us to arrange redelivery within 30 days of dispatch, after which the refund will processed automatically.
How is Grog made?
We source Australian Vodka, Japanese Shochu & the finest bubbly soda. We then mix it all together in a big metal barrel with our yummy fruity flavours. It’s distilled and canned in Dandenong, Victoria & then sent from our warehouse in Keysborough!
